• Single Family Residence up to 2000 square feet $250.00
• Single Family Residence from 2000-3000 square feet $300.00
• Single Family Residence from 3000-4000 square feet $400.00

For properties larger than 4000 square feet please call for a quote!

If you have been shopping for a home inspector you may have noticed that things are a little different here at Carson Home Inspection.  Many of our competitors refuse to publish pricing.  Others start off with reasonable fees and then add on for property characteristics that may increase the difficulty of the inspection process.  Some of our competitors attempt to justify high prices by steering you to believe if you pay less you are getting a less qualified inspector.  Well, at Carson Home Inspection, we believe in keeping it simple. We are not afraid of a little hard work.  If the inspection takes longer than normal to complete, that's just what it takes.  C.H.I. has no hidden fees and no additional charges for difficult properties.
